SHIPPING

Most door orders and larger hardware orders are shipped LTL Freight tailgate delivery via a ground freight carrier from Doors Unlimited, Inc. Leominster, MA. Standard shipping does not include lift gate service but in most cases, this service is available for an additional fee.

Doors are palletized and fully crated before shipping. All orders shipped outside of the greater Leominster, MA area will incur a crating fee of $60.00.

For orders inside the greater Leominster, MA area tailgate delivery is available (customer is responsible for unloading truck), a nominal fee may apply.

In some cases, products may ship directly from the manufacturer(s).

Smaller orders that do not include doors, such as door hardware or bathroom accessories are shipped via FedEx, UPS and/or USPS.

Orders may also be picked up at our warehouse: 152 Hamilton St. Leominster, MA during normal business hours.
