Acceptance of Contract Terms
The following forms a legal agreement between you and Doors Unlimited, Inc. (Doors Unlimited). By using this site you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use this site. The material provided on this site is protected by law, including, but not limited to, United States Copyright Law and international treaties. Any claim relating to the use of this site, its materials and any sales thereunder is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of laws rules and Massachusetts will be the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from the use of or orders made on the site.
Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. This permission terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms or conditions or upon the request of Doors Unlimited. Limitation of Liability

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, entry error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Doors Unlimited shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for said product(s). Although your credit card or any other form of payment normally is not charged prior to sipping an order, if you have already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled Doors Unlimited will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or other payment type in the amount of the incorrect price.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Doors Unlimited reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Doors Unlimited is a reseller to end-users in the United States only and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products purchased from Doors Unlimited.
Sales Taxes
Doors Unlimited withholds applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Massachusetts and for orders picked up at our Leominster warehouse. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other location. Massachusetts using the goods provided Doors Unlimited for an exempt purpose, may be exempt from tax. A completed Exemption Resale Certificate must be presented to Doors Unlimited before an order is completed in order to be exempt from sales tax.

Doors Unlimited reserves the right to refuse orders.
Payments
Payment is due in full upon placement of the order.
At the sole discretion of Doors Unlimited management, Doors Unlimited may allow a 50% deposit on orders requiring significant production, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
Quotes
Are based on market conditions and are subject to acceptance within 90 days of the date of the quotation. Quotations are subject to revisions or cancellations should conditions warrant.
Returns
No product may be returned to Doors Unlimited without prior written approval. Return goods authorization is available through the Doors Unlimited Customer Service Department.
Replacements and/or credit will be made only after a thorough investigation of the product. Any damage or misuse of the product other than freight handling damage will be repaired and charged accordingly.
Special order items are not returnable.
There will be a 40% handling and restocking charge invoked in connection with the return of product. Freight charges are the responsibility of the returning party. Collect shipments will not be accepted, unless agreed upon beforehand. Any request for credit or reorder of damaged materials, Doors Unlimited must receive a copy of the freight bill with damage notation there on. With out this freight bill no credit or adjustment will be processed for the replacement order.
Delivery
Scheduled shipping dates are based on Doors Unlimited best estimates, but are not guaranteed. All shipments are F.O.B. Point of shipment. Title passes at the time of shipment. All freight claims are the responsibility of the purchaser. Customer must note any freight damage on the receiving tickets or bill of lading and shall be responsible for filling claims with the delivering carrier. Doors Unlimited shall not be responsible but will provide assistance in making such claim. Visibly damaged goods must be reported to the driver, noted on the bill of lading and should be reported carriers customer service within 24 hours of the delivery. If the package shows visible damage and you feel that all or most of the material is unusable, we recommend that you refuse the delivery in its entirety.
Penalty Clauses
Doors Unlimited will not accept orders with a penalty or late delivery provision without being advised of such clause when the order is placed and accepts such conditions in writing.
Order Cancellation & Change Orders
The following applies to any cancellation of any part (or all) of an order, or any change to an order, after receipt by Doors Unlimited.
Order cancellations on special, custom, modified or fabricated orders (such as glass kits, welded frames, deadbolt preps etc.) are not accepted and will be charged at full quoted price, less shipping charges.
Change orders on in-stock material, no restocking fee will be applies.
Change order on special order material, a 50% restocking fee applies.
Any revision to an order will result in the order being rescheduled.
Missing or Wrong Items
Missing or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving material. To report missing or wrong items, email [email protected]
Term of Use Revisions
Doors Unlimited may at any time revise these Terms of Use by updating this posting. By using this site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current Terms of Use to which you are bound.
Refund Information
If a refund is due a customer, Doors Unlimited, Inc. will provide the refund in the same manor as payment made. Credit card refunds will be made back to the same credit card used to place order. Any purchase by check will not be refunded until payment check has cleared our account (typically 5 – 7 business days).
Warranty Information
Doors Unlimited, Inc. does not directly warrant any product. All warranties expressed or implied on our bathroom partitions, lockers, doors, frames & hardware are those of the respective manufacturer. All warranties are subject to the terms of each individual manufacturer including conditions to the warranty such as: proper installation, maintenance and repairs
